For lunch, we went back to the hole-in-the-wall vietnamese resturant
where the oh-so-vibrant waiter, Hung, works. This place is great… lots of whacky decor. :)

There’s something really nice about the peel of a ripe banana… yes, I’m officially kinda weird. :)
Have you seen the new show, Traveler??? I think it might be one of my top favs… up w/ Lost even!

Yes… yes I did… and it made me very happy… until I saw the judgemental look of that girl in my trashcan…

Bazbeaux pizza … yum!

I don’t like spiders… but I thought this gross guy would make a cool picture. :)

I tried so hard to be a big weirdo who doesn’t use a microwave, but there were times that I’d find myself getting fast food b/c I just couldn’t wait the 30 minutes to heat up food in the oven… and then I decided that fast food is worse than microwaves! Duh! So here she is… big red. :)

There were french fries in a fake plant in the hallway of my friends condo… I thought it was funny. :) (Sorry the picture is so blurry.)

I went to a Photoshop Convention/Class today (where I learned a lot and am really happy about!) that was held in an old Ramada Inn. While waiting for an open bathroom, I noticed that all of the mirrors were attached to the wall with these cute little flower-like things. I love all of the character that old buildings have!
Dinner w/ mummy was fab! (I just read an entire book writen w/ an english accent… forgive me for the mummy (and for not putting a MY in front of it), but I just love saying it!) Anyway, we split our entreè to save room the this!:
Which is totally a picture I stole from their website… oops… we really did have it though. YUM! Wait a second… aren’t I supposed to be “on a diet” for that stupid bikini I just bought?? Well dang.

I always want to run and hide when someone asks me what type of books I read or what the last book was that I have read… b/c really… all I can say is Communication Arts magazine… and magazine just sounds so non-intellectual… I can feel the person who is asking judging me or labeling me as stupid. So for my flight to Taiwan I asked Toni if I could borrow some of her books… I read one the entire trip there! And then the one pictured above, I started reading at 11:30 this morning and just put down at 3:15… where has my day gone? I’m reminded why I don’t choose to read… b/c I just can’t stop once I get started! Anyway, this book is really good! Might not be exactly the most intellectual, but HEY, I was READING okay. ;) You (if you’re a female reading this) should definately check it out! OH, and a good point that was made to me - the reading kept me from going out and spending money! Right!

This was my best purchase in Taiwan - I wore them today for the first time to work and out w/ some friends and I’ve never had so many compliments on my shoes before! I just love them. :)
