It started out w/ a glass of white zinfandel - my wine of choice when I was 21 (gross). Then we went to the Incubus concert - a band that I loved when I was 21 - and over-heard two separate people talking about plans for their 21st birthday. The concert was really awesome though. They ended w/ the same song that ends their album Morning View… even the frog noises at the end… awesome! Then we called all of our friends, trying to get people to hang out w/ us… Jon took us to the Vogue - where Katy and I spent every weekend when we were 21. And we danced. a lot. Like I haven’t danced since I was 21. I had a really fun night, but I was happy to wake up at the fabulous age of 26. :)

I hate this chandelier(sp)… and I hate how crazy-stupid-ex-boyfriend-from-forever-ago goes off on me for no reason and says mean things and judges me… and makes me feel like - insert bad word here - … and then calls… 10 times… as if nothing he said to me was wrong… then an old friend texted to meet up… thank god!! My friend and I rode our bikes from downtown (10th streetish) to 111th street and back today!! I’m tired… the best part was driving home knowing I was finally finished! (pictured above)… or maybe it was the coffee ice cream we got on 86th street… anyway, I need to figure out a way to take my camera w/ me next time… for better pictures… for you guys. ;)
